Nissan e-NV200 Brings Zero-Emissions Driving to Commercial Sector

Those looking to tote a lot of precious cargo, be it the kids or cartons of milk: listen up. Nissan has released the e-NV200 concept and it's well-equipped to take on whatever heavy loads you might be carrying. What's more, the innovative Nissan vehicle gets unbelievable mileage and low environmental impact to boot.
Opening up the commercial transportation sector to green driving, the Nissan e-NV200 is essentially an all-electric version of the already popular Nissan NV200. We say "essentially" because, while it carries the same shape and amount of cargo as the van, it grabs cues from the lauded Nissan LEAF as well. Similar to the LEAF, the e-NV200 gets a driving range around 73-miles on a full battery charge and even wears a comparable front façade.
Upon first glance, it's easy to tell that the new Nissan EV van concept is the perfect match for business-related driving. Looking a bit deeper, however, Vaden Nissan of Hinesville has found that the model wears two highly-functional hats; the second as a revolutionized minivan. Until now, minivans haven't received much attention as even soccer moms and dads are turning to crossover SUV's to fulfill their multi-tasking, kid-shuttling needs. But we think that the e-NV200 just might have the efficiency and style needed to bring back family appeal to the van sector.
When will this happen? Nissan hasn't set an exact date for production, however, the automaker did reveal that the e-NV200 will be ripe and ready for EV driving by the year 2014. In the meantime, feel free to contact Vaden Nissan of Hinesville with questions or check out our comprehensive new Nissan lineup at 904 W. Oglethorpe Highway Hinesville, GA 31313.
